This past weekend, October 6 2018, the Bob Mizer Foundation and the team behind Physique Pictorial, celebrate one year since the re-launch of Mizer's iconic male physique magazine. It was a full house at the Bureau of General Services - Queer Division, where the event was held. Music played, old Mizer films were projected, the room was buzzing. Everyone was there to see the new Physique Pictorial.
In addition to the films, supporters of the Foundation stopped by and got their portrait taken by Ross Collab, who was a featured photographer in Volume 42. We've taken a look to see what these portraits might look like on the cover of Physique Pictorial.
With a team on the East coast, this Bob Mizer family is growing more and more everyday, we want to continue to create events like this. Thank you to everyone that came out to support us. We hope to see you again soon!
The Bob Mizer Foundation is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of progressive and controversial photography. Without your support, we wouldn't be able to carry on the legacy of Bob Mizer. Thank you.
